How long does stitching usually take?
Most everyday wear takes 3–7 days. Heavy bridal or party wear with handwork can take 14–21 days. We always confirm a timeline before starting.
Do I need to visit in person?
For the first order, we recommend an in-person visit for accurate measurements. After that, repeat customers can often just WhatsApp us their requirements.
What if I'm not happy with the fit?
Your first alteration is completely free. Try the outfit on at pickup, and we'll adjust it on the spot or within a day.
